Parental Information System

The  system allows you to access reports, progress information and other performance data (including attendance and behaviour) relating to your son/ward. The information can be accessed at any time from any computer that has internet access. All you need to do is:

Open your web browser and enter www.wbsinternal.org.uk in the address bar at the top of the screen or click here to open a new browser window.

On the right hand side you will see the Parents area under which there are links for login and accessing the user guides.

Click “Login to ePortal” and enter your login details when prompted.

You will need the username and password that was sent to you in a letter during October 2009.

This username and password is unique to you and should be kept safe and secure for future reference. No-one else can view the information relating to your son/ward without these login details.

Once you have access to your son/ward’s information you can look at details under any of the areas indicated by clicking on the ‘More’ buttons on the right hand side.  More detailed instructions are available in the user guide mentioned above.

We will be updating the Academic Progress information at least five times a year on the following dates:

Thursday 15th October, Friday 11th December, Friday 5th February, Friday 26th March, Wednesday 30th June

Other information such as attendance and the ‘Events log’ can be viewed ‘live’ which means you can view this information at any time, on any day, and get an accurate and up to the minute view of your son/ward’s school record.
